At Foundations Kids, we’re so grateful you chose to shop with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available for our Corning, Iowa customers. If offered, this option will appear at checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Foundations Kids is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery issues are outside of our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us—we’re always happy to help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
